Before you book
What is included in the package price?
Return airfare, Umrah visa, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, all ground transport including airport transfers, and the ziyarat tours listed on each package. The price shown is per person for the room type you choose.
How do I confirm a booking?
Send an enquiry on the package you want. We confirm availability the same day, then hold your seat against a deposit. Full payment and documents are due closer to departure.
What documents do I need?
A passport valid for at least six months from your travel date, recent passport photographs with a white background, your CNIC, and vaccination records where required. We will tell you exactly what is needed once your seat is held.
What does the distance from the Haram mean?
It is the real walking distance from the hotel entrance to the nearest gate of the Haram, not a straight line on a map. Where a hotel is served by a shuttle instead, the package says so plainly.
Can you arrange packages for a family or a private group?
Yes. Tell us your dates, group size and preferred room types and we will put together a private itinerary rather than placing you on a scheduled departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
Terms depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the airline and hotel conditions for that group. We set this out in writing before you pay any deposit.
